Break/Fix Service Rates:
- Walk-In Standard Service:
$55/hour*
- Walk-In Priority Service:
$75/hour*
*Minimum Charge: $45 for all notebooks, $25 for PC and other items. Minimum fee is not collected until equipment is pick-up.
* Special advertises hourly rate and minimum charge may different from above standard rate.
On-Site Service Rate:
On Site Service rate including networking services, work relating to the network infrastructure, maintenance, upgrades, and integration planning and break/fix services.
- Standard Service:
$75/hour*
- After Hour / Priority Services:
$95/hour*
*Minimum Charge: One hour of labor
