Return & Exchanges:

Product returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase and/or within 30 days for exchanges. Defective or damage part resulting from misuse or abuse will not be accept for return, exchange, or warranty. Original receipt is REQUIRED for all product returns and exchanges. Return product MUST be in its original box and packaging. Further, all OPEN and SPECIAL order products are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Open software are nonrefundable and may only be exchanged for the same EXACT product or item. Labor charged on repair services and data recovery is NOT refundable after the services have been performed.
